About the Role
ECCO Myer Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate who is driven to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for our customers, selling shoes that practically sell themselves!
Tasks & Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment, uphold our brand quality, and achieve sales targets for shoes and related products.
Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards.
Process customer orders, handle returns, and maintain inventory according to standards.
Maintain store tidiness and overall housekeeping.
Skills & Experience
Previous retail sales experience or similar, with persuasive communication skills.
Proven success in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
Professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador.
Ability to build relationships and be a team player.
Growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for product knowledge and willingness to learn.
