Key Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Team Leader. This role is responsible for assisting the Site Manager in all activities on site, driving continuous improvement throughout all business processes and procedures.
About the Role
* Assist the Site Manager in creating, operating and maintaining a positive safety culture across all activities on-site.
* Have a hands-on approach to the day-to-day activities to achieve business outcomes.
* Manage operations at the packing and warehouse facilities as required by the Site Manager.
* Develop and drive a positive team culture by providing proactive leadership, mentoring and feedback to Site Operators.
* Proactively look to develop operational strategies that maximise site efficiencies while maintaining safety and customer service standards.
* Support the Site Manager in the management of all staff requirements to maximise labour utilisation.
* Maximise allocation and utilisation of equipment between all activities.
* Assist in the maintenance of site machinery, including the development of an extensive preventative maintenance program.
* Ensure that the presentation and cleanliness of all areas of the site is being maintained at all times.
Requirements
* Accredited Officer (AQIS) or willing to obtain.
* Confined space ticket or willing to obtain.
* EWP Ticket or willing to obtain.
