Practice Manager Crime – Legal Officer V

Salary range: $154,403.00 – $157,430.00. Temporary full‐time position until November 2027. Moree Location.

Legal Aid NSW delivers accessible legal services across criminal, family and civil law. We provide advice, court representation, and family dispute resolution through 28 offices and phone‐based support, helping people navigate the legal system with confidence and fairness.

As a Senior Criminal Lawyer, you are the calm in the storm. The person who cuts through chaos, steadies a team, and moves complex matters forward with clarity. In This Role, You Will
* Deliver expert advice and representation in complex criminal law matters

Qualifications and Requirements
* Be admitted or eligible for admission as a legal practitioner in NSW
* Be able to provide a current NSW Practising Certificate before starting work
* Willing to undertake a Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check
* Have a valid Driver Licence and/or capacity to travel regularly (travel to regional and remote areas may be required)
