We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Occupational Therapist in our organization.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have experienced a work-related or non-work-related injury, or who have experienced a work-debilitating illness. This includes conducting assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics and activities of daily living. Additionally, the candidate will conduct specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers. Furthermore, they will help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests. The candidate will also be responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.
Responsibilities:
