As a dedicated Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in their homes and communities. About the Role:
* Develop and implement individualized plans to meet client needs and help them achieve their goals.
* Work collaboratively with clinical leads and team leaders to deliver exceptional services and support the growth of the OT team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload in NDIS or Homecare Packages, or a combination of both, ensuring timely delivery of services.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and develop individualized plans that meet client needs.
* Contribute to the development of the OT team through knowledge sharing and best practice.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy and at least 1 year clinical practice experience as an Occupational Therapist.
* Registration with AHPRA and police check clearance are also essential.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent time-management and organisational skills, are necessary to succeed in this role.
