This position manages inbound leads by qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision makers to successfully position the value proposition.

Main Responsibilities
* Contact potential clients via phone and email: Establish relationships with customers entering the funnel, ask qualifying questions based on their persona, and set up meetings for the AE team.
* Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand the competitor landscape.
* Gather business knowledge through researching different businesses' operations, leadership structures, pain points, and challenges they face daily.
* Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services; customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
* Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
* Stay up-to-date with new products/services and pricing/payment plans.
* Follow-up with potential customers who were interested but did not buy.
* Achieve regular targets "quomas", document all data on Salesforce, and use relevant tools.
* Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives for qualified meetings.
* Daily team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals.
