Key Role Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a critical role responsible for identifying and generating new qualified opportunities for their Account Executives. This position manages inbound leads by qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision makers to successfully position the value proposition.


Job Description

This dynamic role is ideal for someone looking to break into top-tier B2B SaaS sales and grow quickly in their sales career. As an SDR, you will be responsible for:


Main Responsibilities

* Contact potential clients via phone and email: Establish relationships with customers entering the funnel, ask qualifying questions based on their persona, and set up meetings for the AE team.
* Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand the competitor landscape.
* Gather business knowledge through researching different businesses' operations, leadership structures, pain points, and challenges they face daily.
* Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services; customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
* Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
* Stay up-to-date with new products/services and pricing/payment plans.
* Follow-up with potential customers who were interested but did not buy.
* Achieve regular targets "quomas", document all data on Salesforce, and use relevant tools.
* Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives for qualified meetings.
* Daily team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals.


Requirements

  • * Track record of achieving sales quotas, passion for sales processes, and understanding of sales performance metrics.
    * Experience with CRM software - Ideally Salesforce.
    * Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    * Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
    * Resilience in the face of objections.
    * Willingness to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
    * Finding ways to motivate yourself and teammates. Team spirit is essential.
    * Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities.
