Our heart is seeing our clients live the life they want, on their terms
The Cerebral Palsy Support Network (CPSN) is a membership-based organisation supporting people with Cerebral Palsy and similar conditions, along with their families. We’re not a typical support service — we take the time to match each client with the right support worker to ensure consistent, quality care and stable employment.
Our person-centred approach means we focus on helping our members thrive in their communities through practical support, resources, and respectful relationships.
To succeed as a CPSN support worker, you need to genuinely align with our values: respect, trust, care, and helping clients reach their goals on their terms. We can train you on the technical skills — what really matters is your heart and commitment.
Our client Christian is a published author of a book titled “Made with Love,” where poetry and science intertwine about where babies come from.
