About the Role
We are currently seeking qualified Environmental Services Staff to join our team. These roles are essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control across our facility.
Key Responsibilities
· Cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and clinical spaces to a high standard
· Following infection control and workplace health & safety procedures
· Safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
· Waste management and disposal in line with regulations
· Supporting laundry services (if required)
· Working collaboratively with care and clinical staff
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Previous experience in environmental services, cleaning, or housekeeping (healthcare or aged care preferred)
· Knowledge of infection control practices
· Relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate II/III in Cleaning Operations or similar – desirable)
· Strong attention to detail and high standards of hygiene
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
· A positive attitude and commitment to resident wellbeing
Essential Requirements
· National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
