About the role
As a Personal Care Worker you will deliver quality resident centred care. This is a rewarding hands on role that will give you the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our residents.
Your main duties will include
Support residents to live the life they chose, allowing them to exercise choice and independence
Contribute to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of the residents, guided by assessment and observation
Implement interventions as delegated by the Registered Nurse, and as documented in the resident's care plan
About You
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
A passion for working in Aged Care and a sound understanding of the sector
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated computer literacy
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organization
