You'll Thrive Here If You:
* Have 1+ years sales experience, ideally in motorcycle, auto, or lifestyle retail
* Are goal-driven, confident, and self-managed—you don't need micromanaging to deliver
* Love motorcycles and the riding lifestyle (whether you're new or seasoned)
* Can use CRMs or lead tools effectively (or learn quickly)
* Experience with CRM/inventory systems (e.g., Hubspot, Square) preferred
* Are excited to be part of ride days, community events, and content creation
* Want to grow with a progressive, independent dealership that values culture as much as results
* Hold a valid Australian driver's licence
* Have permanent Australian work rights or appropriate visa to work full-time
