**What we are looking for**: You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated high level knowledge of delivering payroll and rostering system processes and procedures in a large multifaceted, multidisciplinary organisation.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in the operation of a complex large payroll and the necessary Audit and reconciliation requirements and standards including the end of financial year processes.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver requirements and maintain quality in a time pressured 'must deliver' environment.
- Demonstrated experience in payroll projects, payroll system management and the business requirements necessary in meeting payroll compliance standards.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills, including the capacity to positively influence and motivate others.
**Other qualifications/registrations/requirements**:
- Whilst not mandatory, relevant experience in payroll, rostering, finance and/or workforce management services would be well regarded.
- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.
