Lead Educator Position
Job Description: At Green Leaves, we are seeking a dedicated Lead Educator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for mentoring educators, planning and implementing programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Provide guidance and support to educators to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Contribute to the development of centre policies and procedures
* Collaborate with the Centre Educational Leader to achieve centre goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualifications:
* ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma qualification within 3 months of commencement)
* Current and state relevant Working with Children's Check
* Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
* Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
