Randstad has partnered with a market leading Industrial materials company for Australia, in their search for a Senior Fleet Manager for their Victorian business.
Your New Role
As Senior Fleet Manager you will hold responsibility for a team of Supervisors and a large number of assets and drivers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business in a senior leadership role with further progression opportunities available to you.
You will drive operational excellence, and lead a large, dynamic, established team who are currently achieving great results.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Benchmark performance of assets and talk to key performance metrics in maintenance
* Driving strategic improvement initiatives
* Asset utilisation, Fleet planning and service operations
* Oversee fleet management & driver relationships
* Contribute to key strategic initiatives
* Champion safety & compliance standards
* Lead a culture of care, collaboration, & ownership
* Monitoring fleet processes to ensure high standards of quality, efficiency and productivity
About You
* Strong level of experience in Management of large industrial fleets (7 + years)
* Demonstrated leadership experience with people management skills
* Strong commercial and analytical ability
* Ability to positively influence productivity
