Essential Criteria:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in compliance, risk management, health administration, or a related field.
* Accreditation or certification in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) - desirable
* Demonstrated experience in operations, facilities, or site management.
* Strong understanding of WHS, facilities compliance, and risk management.
* Proven experience in compliance, assurance, or risk management roles within health, community, or government sectors.
* Experience in leading complaints management and quality improvement initiatives.
* Demonstrated success in supporting accreditation processes and audit assessments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and programs.
* High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
* High level of initiative and ability to manage competing priorities.
* The ability to work within a cross-cultural environment and knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
