About the role
Join the dynamic team at Kinetic Health Solution as a casual Exercise Physiologist and/or Physiotherapist based in Concord, NSW.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of healthcare services, delivering high-quality treatment and rehabilitation to clients in your local community.
What you'll be doing
Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and develop personalised treatment plans for each client
Deliver a range of evidence-based interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, and other rehabilitation modalities
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimise outcomes
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery and clinical practices
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology and/or Physiotherapy, with current registration
Demonstrated experience in the delivery of evidence-based rehabilitation services
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
The following experience is preferred, though not essential:
Experience with NDIS complex clients
Working with children/ paediatric
Musculoskeletal experience
Hydrotherapy
Group classes
NDIS report writing
