Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Performing a range of Anatomical Pathology laboratory investigations and tests, including microtomy, embedding, cut up, frozen sections and special stains.
2. Preparing materials and maintaining equipment in accordance with established laboratory processes, procedures and protocols.
3. Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations.
4. Providing exceptional customer service to clients and patients.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Diploma in Laboratory Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution with subjects relevant to pathology or medical laboratory operations.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Anatomical Pathology tasks, including microtomy, embedding, cut up, frozen sections and special stains.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
