Property Specialist | B2C Sales | $70–$80K Base + $200–$250K OTE | Fully Remote | Australia

Help people make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Then get paid properly for it.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, trust, and long-term thinking.

You're not cold calling strangers. You're not door knocking. You're not "pushing property".

You're working with warm marketing leads and SDR-booked appointments, running deep discovery with everyday Australians who want to invest in property but don't know where to start, or are stuck after getting burned, overwhelmed, or paralysed by choice.

Your job is to understand them properly, then guide them forward.

What this role actually is

You'll speak with clients who have already raised their hand.

They're curious. They're motivated. They've just never had someone walk them through it properly.

You'll unpack their financial position, goals, fears, timelines, and expectations. You'll challenge assumptions, educate where needed, and help them see a clear path forward. And when it makes sense, you'll present the property investment solution and close them into the service.

This is consultative sales, not transactional.

Why this role?

* $70–$80K base salary (depending on experience)

What you'll be doing

* Taking qualified marketing and SDR appointments
* Running structured, in-depth discovery calls with clients
* Understanding financial goals, risk tolerance, lifestyle plans, and constraints
* Educating clients on property investment strategies and pathways
* Presenting the service clearly and confidently
* Closing clients into the program and handing them into delivery
* Maintaining clean notes, follow-ups, and pipeline discipline

Who this suits

You don't need to be a licensed property expert on day one.

What matters more is how you sell and how you listen.

This suits someone who:

* Is confident speaking with everyday Australians about money and goals
* Can build rapport quickly without being pushy
* Asks good questions and actually listens to the answers
* Is comfortable closing high-value services
* Is commercially driven and motivated by commission
* Has experience in B2C sales, finance, property, or advisory roles

If you've sold financial services, property-related products, or high-consideration services before, you'll pick this up fast.

What success looks like

* Strong show rates and high-quality discovery conversations
* Clients feeling understood, not sold to
* Consistent monthly closes
* High conversion from appointment to client
* Building a personal reputation as someone clients trust

The upside

This is a role where your income is directly tied to your ability to help people move forward.

If you're good at discovery, confident in conversations about money, and want a role where your effort actually translates into earnings, this is a very solid lane.

Not hypey. Not aggressive. Just good sales, done properly.

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which is provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.
