How you will make contributions that matter:
Join the PMO & Commercialisation team—an integral part of our broader Commercial function—where we work cross-functionally to develop and execute projects that drive profitability and accelerate growth.
We're looking for a Product Change Manager on a 12-month, part-time contract (3 days per week) to lead the delivery of Product Change and Artwork projects. This role offers the opportunity to expand into more complex project initiatives, supporting your professional development and team resourcing needs.
You'll lead cross-functional teams through the Stage & Gate process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope—while proactively managing risks and minimizing write-offs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end commercialization of product change projects.
* Ensure timely, on-budget, and in-scope delivery while managing risks and minimizing write-offs.
* Proactively escalate critical issues and propose solutions.
* Coordinate cross-functional project teams, meetings, and follow-ups.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting in SDA's Product Lifecycle Management System (Accolade).
* Manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting cycles.
* Conduct post-launch reviews to capture learnings and improve future performance.
What You'll Bring
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in NPD project management; experience in Dairy and FMCG is a plus.
* Experience with Process and Change Management Principles.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
* Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally across the organization.
* Familiarity with Stage & Gate processes and lifecycle management systems (e.g., Accolade).
* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in business or related fields.
