The Role
Our technology team for our global business is based in North Sydney. As an Internal Recruitment Consultant you will help with hiring for our Sydney technology team. Your mandate is split across two distinct streams:
* Junior & Graduate Pipeline. Building a repeatable, high-volume pipeline of exceptional early-career talent across product, engineering, operations, and commercial functions. This requires the ability to attract ambitious young talent and assess potential.
* Specialist & Senior Hires. Finding and closing hard-to-find mid to senior level technology and product talent (engineers, AI specialists, product managers) for targeted roles where getting it right really matters
We move fast, and our expectation is that the recruiting function sets the pace, not follows it. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a genuine self-starter, and will offer significant opportunities as we scale.
What You'll Do
* Partner directly with the Founder and executive team to understand hiring needs and build pipelines ahead of demand.
* Own everything from finding people to getting them across the line - sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and closing.
* Deliver a candidate experience that reflects who we are - fast moving, responsive and direct.
* Design and execute graduate and early-career hiring program, including university partnerships, intern pipelines, and campus engagement.
* Find and engage people who aren't actively looking for specialist roles - through direct outreach and tech communities, not just inbound applications.
What We're Looking For
* We are looking for the right person and you may have just a couple of years of experience recruiting for technology roles or you may be more experienced.
* Genuine interest in AI, and a desire to be part of an AI-native business. Don't worry if you don't know a lot about AI. We would like to help you learn about AI.
* High hustle and a strong sense of urgency - you are driven by results and are accountable for delivery.
* Someone who, when given a problem, can be trusted to solve it.
* Demonstrated experience across both early-career hiring and specialist technical recruitment.
* Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously without dropping quality.
* Experience in a tech scale-up or start-up environment is a plus.
