CFA's Community Engagement team is dedicated to fostering safer communities through strategic initiatives that drive engagement and preparedness. We focus on exploration, creation, empowerment and enablement to ensure that communities are well-prepared for any situation.
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a customer-focussed Community Engagement Advisor – Program Development to make a real difference and develop project management skills while working on diverse and impactful initiatives. This role is an integral part of the Program Development section within the Community Engagement Team and offers professional growth opportunities and continuous learning.
Reporting to the Senior Engagement Advisor Program Development, this role will collaborate with a dynamic team, to conceptualise, revitalise and execute community fire safety programs, along with engagement and education activities aimed at enhancing fire preparedness.
About You:
With a passion for community engagement and a commitment to contributing to safer communities, you are tertiary qualified, with strong project management expertise and skills in project coordination and execution.
You demonstrate exceptional communication skills with the ability to distil complex information into clear messaging and cultivate and nurture relationships with various stakeholders. Importantly you will have demonstrable experience leading the coordination and development of community education programs.
