This is a key role for an environmentally passionate individual to collaborate with residents in promoting waste reduction and recycling initiatives. As part of our efforts, you will implement community-friendly waste collection and disposal services. Your duties will include investigating illegal dumping cases, collecting evidence for prosecutions, ensuring compliance with waste collection requirements, and conducting bin audits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support for displays at public events related to environmental conservation.
- Place identification stickers on bins in multiunit sites and multiple collections for single properties.
- Conduct regular bin audits at residences and industrial areas to identify multiple bin usage.
- Remove excess/multiple or illegal bins from properties if required.
- Deliver new or replacement bins as needed.
- Liaise with Waste Drivers and contractors concerning customer requests as necessary.
- Inspect bulk waste and green waste compliance.
- Investigate litter/illegal dumping occurrences.
- Coordinate clean-up of litter/illegal dumping with relevant personnel.
- Issue notices for decontamination of recycling bins when required.

Requirements:

- Manual Driver Licence (required)
- Ability to commute/relocate to Armadale, WA 6112: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
