The Role
You will lead the development and execution of multi-year procurement and supply chain strategies across direct spend categories for Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific (DNAP) and the wider group. This includes overseeing strategic sourcing activities, supplier relationship management, and contract administration. You will also contribute to transformative procurement projects and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver year-on-year value through cost reduction, cost avoidance, and sustainability outcomes.

Core Responsibilities
* Develop and implement category strategies aligned with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and operational priorities
* Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities (RFx, negotiations, supplier selection, contract award)
* Perform contract management activities (amendments, extensions, price reviews, performance and compliance)
* Manage Strategic and Preferred Supplier relationships, driving innovation and cost reduction initiatives
* Provide commercial insights on market conditions, price volatility, and supply/service disruptions
* Act as a point of escalation for Procurement Specialists and foster a high-performance culture
* Support procurement governance and compliance objectives (risk management, ESG, Modern Slavery, etc)
What You'll Bring
* Commitment to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture
* Tertiary qualifications in business, procurement, supply chain, or related discipline (CIPS desirable)
* Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain within large, complex organizations
* Expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management
* Strong commercial acumen and proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and analytics tools
