As a field technician, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service across various nbn technologies. This autonomous position involves installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services.
About Your Role
This job requires you to work on customer service field tasks, including cabling installation, customer premises equipment installation and fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and equipment.
* Cabling installation includes jointing, jumpering and splicing of copper, fibre and HFC cables.
* You will also be responsible for installing nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) at customers' premises.
* Fault diagnosis and repair involve identifying and resolving issues with nbn cabling networks and CPE.
