Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with a passion for the automotive industry? We're looking for a **Service Administrator** to join our team at **Wanneroo Mitsubishi** and support our busy service department.

**The Role**:
- Providing exceptional administrative support to the service team
- Handling customer enquiries and bookings efficiently
- Processing invoices, warranties, and service documentation
- Coordinating workflow between technicians, advisors, and customers
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Assisting with general service department operations to ensure smooth daily functioning
**What we're looking for**:
- Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy.
- Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
- A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills orally & written
- Demonstrate a consistently pro-active approach and pleasant demeanour.
- Previous Admin Experience in a Dealership Environment is desirable but not essential
