We are seeking a motivated and skilled Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team, with candidates based in Brisbane or Mackay considered.
Reporting to the L&D; Manager, this role supports the business across operational, engineering and corporate teams, both locally and internationally.

Duties
* Act as the central point of contact for Learning & Development enquiries, managing the mailbox, responding to requests and escalating matters where appropriate.
* Provide end‐to‐end administrative coordination across Learning & Development activities, supporting the team with scheduling, reporting and general administration.
* Maintain L&D; systems, records, registers and training documentation, ensuring information is accurate, current and audit compliant.
* Coordinate training activities across the business, including maintaining training calendars, liaising with facilitators, venue bookings and catering arrangements.
* Assist with the delivery and administration of programs, webinars and compliance training, including tracking completion, issuing reminders and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, templates and tools to support consistent and effective learning practices.
