About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in achieving store sales targets and KPIs. You will also support team leadership, coaching, and development to maintain high performance. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and operational procedures.

* Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly
* Contribute to rostering, training, and performance management processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail or trade sales, ideally with some leadership exposure
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve results
* Commercial acumen and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends
* A passion for tools, equipment, and helping customers find the right solutions
