Job Title:
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee contract administration, procurement, and inventory management functions to support operational efficiency.
* Develop strategic partnerships with vendors to deliver cost-effective solutions that meet organizational standards.
* Collaborate with mining, processing, and maintenance teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that boost reliability and productivity.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 members with previous experience in people management, procurement, and warehousing. The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate IV in Purchasing or equivalent and be a Statutory Supervisor under WHS Regulations.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a People Manager in an operational mine or industrial warehouse setting.
* Extensive knowledge of Stores, Inventory Control, and Purchasing principles.
* Able to maintain high stock accuracy and effective warehousing control.
