Job Title
A leading service manager role within a healthcare organization, responsible for operational leadership and strategic planning.
About the Role
* Manage service activity to ensure compliance with financial targets and contractual KPIs.
* Lead the implementation and management of long-term service strategies.
* Responsible for all Directorate specific communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work with the Associate Director/Head of Service Delivery to manage service activity.
2. Lead on the provision and delivery of high quality efficient and effective services within the Directorate.
3. Respond to operational pressures using problem solving skills and resolve any systems/process changes as required.
Requirements
* Professional degree or diploma in relevant field or equivalent qualification/experience.
* Able to demonstrate a minimum of three years experience within a similar role.
* Ability to communicate to a wide range of stakeholders.
