Mandatory Qualifications (Strict Compliance)
* Licensing/Training: Must be trained and professionally licensed in G7 countries, Nordic countries, Western Europe, Australia, or New Zealand.
* Project Experience: Proven track record in implementing EPC contracts for Coal Power Plant projects.
* Past Roles: Must have held senior positions such as Lead Supervision Consultant, Site Manager, or Senior Supervision Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
* Design Review & Quality Assurance
o Conduct a comprehensive review of C&I technical designs and engineering documentation.
o Audit and approve quality management procedures and design quality protocols.
o Ensure all C&I engineering work aligns with international standards and project specifications.
* Technical Supervision & Acceptance
o Supervise the installation and lead the acceptance testing for C&I components of Boiler-Turbine equipment.
o Oversee the integration of the plant's core automation systems, including DCS (Distributed Control System), SCADA, and plant-wide telecommunications.
o Manage supervision and acceptance for C&I systems across all BOP (Balance of Plant) equipment areas.
* Commissioning & Operational Testing
o Procedure Oversight: Review test and operation procedures; audit the implementation of Pre-commissioning activities (starting from initial Power Receiving).
o Main Block Supervision: Supervise the operation and testing of main equipment systems in the Boiler and Turbine areas, including rigorous System Interlock checks.
o BOP Testing: Review and supervise the testing of all auxiliary BOP equipment systems.
o Performance Evaluation: Verify testing conditions and the responsiveness of measuring instruments.
o Monitor sampling, analyze data, and evaluate results against EPC contract requirements.
o Validate final testing outcomes for hand-over.
