The firm
Our client is a leading Adelaide firm servicing a wide range of clients, including large corporates, commercial businesses, developers and high net worth individuals. It has a large team of property partners and a growing practice, and is highly regarded.
The role
Joining a smart and busy property team, this is a broad property role involving a wide range of matters, including developments, sales and acquisitions, leasing and ancillary commercial dealings.
You will assist in the preparation and negotiation of purchase documents, sale contracts, documentation and property developments and subdivisions. You will also work on leases and have access to some front end construction. The firm will encourage you to provide strategic and commercial advice, and to work closely with clients from the inception of their ideas through to the point of realisation.
What we need
The firm fosters a positive and team oriented environment, and realises you will have a life outside of the law. You should currently be working at a recognised, quality practice, and you should have around 2-5 years of post admission property experience. This role is not suited to grads, so if you are a grad or don\'t have property experience please don\'t apply.
