Customer Service Representative
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Employment: Casual (5 days a week, flexible hours)
Reports to: General Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative role exists to provide best in class service to Bohemian Holding's
online and offline customers, predominantly through email, phone & social media interactions, but also
in-store in our boutiques from time to time. Our aim is to provide a high level boutique experience to
all of our customers.
Aim:
To manage and build on our "Key Distinctive" of providing best in industry customer service to our
customers, with the Bohemian Traders brand to be widely known as Approachable, Helpful and
Relatable.
Roles:
• Manage frontline experience of customer interactions before, during and after sales via phone,
email and social media
• Manage and process all customer service enquiries
• Process customer returns & store credit
• Document customer histories in our eComm / CRM software to develop history and relationship
with customers
• Monitor and engage with customers across all social media channels
The role includes but is not limited to:
• Development of brand awareness and online reputation through positive interactions with new,
existing & potential customers.
• Working in a team to ensure the direct experience of customer pre & post purchase is
recognised as best in class.
• Connecting with current and future customers through engagement on a daily basis, with the
ultimate goal of turning observers into fans & fans into customers.
• A strong understanding of the Bohemian Traders brands and communication of that to our
customers in a positive, authentic way.
• A willingness to be flexible, adapting quickly to changing situations dependent on business
needs.
• Any other reasonable tasks required by the business.
