Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the workflow in the shop by assigning tasks to technicians, prioritizing based on promised times, comebacks, waiters, etc.
2. Schedule appointment times for the sales department, ensuring new vehicles and used cars taken in on trade are worked on in a timely manner.
3. Ensure service technicians meet quality standards and productivity requirements.
4. Assist the service manager with managing the quality of work.
5. Support the service department with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
1. College Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience (High School Diploma or GED Required)
2. Technically Inclined
3. Attention to Detail with Strong Ability to Prioritize Tasks
4. Previous Experience in Supervisory Role, Coordination, and Customer Service
5. Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
6. Strong Interpersonal, Customer Service, and Troubleshooting Skills
7. Ability to Work Independently and Prioritize Tasks Effectively
