As crews expand, the supervision team is growing to keep delivery consistent and keep projects moving. The Gig Take ownership of defined civil infrastructure work fronts across active projects on a 10/4 roster. You’ll report into a Project Manager and oversee daily ground operations. Working across rostered swings, from drawings and specifications, coordinate plant and labour, and keep works aligned with program and sequencing requirements. You’ll manage crews across multiple work fronts, coordinating subcontractors, plant movements, and material supply. You’ll keep works progressing in line with program, maintain site standards, and ensure each stage transitions cleanly into the next. Program and sequencing sit at its core. You’ll take control of how each stage runs, aligning crews, plant, and materials to keep works moving and maintain consistency across all active fronts. You’ll be trusted with: Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and set out requirements accurately Coordinating plant, labour, and subcontractors to maintain program alignment Managing daily site activities to meet sequencing and staging requirements Monitoring progress and adjusting crews to maintain output across multiple fronts Ensuring site works meet required standards, tolerances, and project specifications Liaising with Project Managers on progress, constraints, and upcoming work stages Maintaining safe work practices and ensuring crews follow site procedures Coordinating materials, deliveries, and plant movements to avoid downtime What’s in your toolbox? Proven experience supervising civil infrastructure works across active construction environments Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, drainage, and road construction methods Ability to read drawings and manage works to specifications and tolerances Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, and plant across staged works Solid knowledge of site safety requirements and standard operating procedures Clear communication skills with crews, engineers, and project teams You’re the kind of person who takes control of your work fronts and knows what needs to happen next.
