Our Swim School Managers: Oversee all operations, ensuring high-quality program delivery, driving team engagement, and maintaining a safe, customer-focused environment. Swim school leaders are hands on across the roles, providing you with valuable opportunities to keep your feet on the ground to engage with customers and team. This isn’t just any role—it’s your chance to combine leadership, with a commitment to excellence, shaping a swim school that provides memorable experiences for families and instils confidence in every young swimmer.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Energise our team, from swim instructors to junior staff, with your leadership and passion. Help coach and develop them to be their best every day.
- Hands-On Program Support: Dive in and lead by example in our swim programs, ensuring every session is safe, effective, and enjoyable for all.
- Wow Our Families: Be the friendly face families turn to, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring they leave with smiles.
- Community Hero: Build our reputation in the local community—engage with families, spread the word, and make us the go-to swim school.
- Keep Kids Secure: Child safety is at the core of what we do. Help us create the safest possible space for every young swimmer, championing our Safeguarding Children and Young People Code of Conduct.
About You:
You’re driven, adaptable, and ready to take your leadership skills to the next level. You thrive on working with people, enjoy engaging with children and families, and are passionate about delivering excellent experiences. You bring leadership experience, strong organisational skills, and an energetic, people-focused approach to every interaction. A Working with Children Check, First Aid, and Lifeguard certification (or willingness to obtain these) will support your success in this role.
