Rehabilitation Nursing Role
We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our multidisciplinary team environment and lead the delivery of excellent rehabilitation care.
This role is focused on enhancing patient recovery, allowing individuals to return home as soon as possible. To achieve this goal, we require applicants with current registration, excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to relate effectively with patients, family members and other healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver high-quality rehabilitation care in a multidisciplinary setting.
* Enhance patient recovery through effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans.
