Key Responsibilities:
● Deliver advanced cutting, coloring, and styling services, including balayage, keratin smoothing treatments, and special occasion hair designs.
● Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client preferences, recommend suitable services, and provide aftercare advice.
● Stay current with international trends, modern techniques, and emerging products to keep the salon's offerings fresh and competitive.
● Take the lead in training junior stylists and apprentices on technical skills, salon etiquette, and client communication.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging referrals and loyalty through exceptional service and follow-up.
● Assist in implementing new salon procedures, promotions, and service innovations that enhance client satisfaction and profitability. ● Manage time effectively and support the salon's scheduling system to minimize
wait times and maximize daily bookings.
● Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workstation at all times.
● Help maintain salon inventory by identifying product needs and ensuring tools and supplies are well-kept. Skills and Attributes:
