Accounts & Administration Officer – Darwin - (12 month Parental leave cover)
We are looking for an Accounts & Administration Officer to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract covering parental leave.
As a key member of a small team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and finance duties within the OEG Darwin office.
The role also ensures that any performed work process has an appropriate procedure in place, is completed in a safe manner, and in compliance to the applicable law, rules or regulations, company policy and quality system or applicable standard.
Job Responsibilities
Receptionist duties, answering the phone and taking messages/transferring calls as required.
Responsible for recording and assisting the office in following up staff timesheets.
Monitor Protech and/or other third party sub-contractor labour hire, including remitting labour hire staff time sheets so they can be processed for payment.
Raise purchase orders for the day to day operations.
Processing and managing Goods Receipt of invoices.
Support Operational Staff with administrative duties.
Enter daily movements into and out of the yard for rental and other equipment into required systems.
Run reports, collect information and create monthly invoices for P.A.W.A.
Close & roll over monthly projects creating new work orders.
Run local errands as required from time to time.

Administrative Experience, including data entry and proficient computer skills

Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise

Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role
Ability to constructively challenge and influence at all levels
