The Company:
Our client is a fast-growing battery manufacturer and solutions provider, shaping the future of Australia's renewable energy sector. Their high-performance products power the transition to clean, reliable energy across EV charging, commercial, and industrial applications.
The Role:
As the business continues its rapid growth with multiple exciting campaigns in the pipeline, they are now seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager who is eager to make an impact. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead marketing initiatives from the ground up, working in a sector that is at the heart of Australia's clean energy transition.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase brand visibility and product adoption in Australia.
* Own the content pipeline – create case studies, brochures, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
* Work closely with the sales team to produce tailored presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
* Lead events and trade shows – planning, logistics, and on-the-ground representation.
* Manage digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and SEO initiatives.
* Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, media, and PR partners.
* Track and report on marketing metrics to continuously improve ROI.
* Drive brand consistency across all external communications.
About you:
* 5+ years' experience in marketing within renewable energy, technology, or related sectors.
* Proven ability to execute hands-on marketing activities — from copywriting and design coordination to digital campaign management.
* Strong understanding of B2B marketing in the energy/industrial sector.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into compelling narratives.
* Experience with EV Charging or Batteries would be a plus
* A self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
