What You’ll Be Responsible ForDeliver marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and measurable ROIDevelop and execute the Active Group marketing strategyPlan and deliver seasonal campaigns aligned to the agricultural calendarManage digital campaigns across Google, Meta and other platforms (tracking CTR, conversions, cost per lead)Own website performance including SEO, content and user experienceWork closely with the sales team to support: dealer marketing, field days, machinery demonstrations, product launchesDevelop high-quality marketing collateral and contentEnsure consistent brand presentation across all channelsCoordinate photo, video and storytelling contentManage marketing budgets, reporting and timelines alongside the Commercial ManagerBuild internal capability and reduce reliance on external agencies
