Business Development and Sales Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Tender and Sales Coordinator to join our high performing & supportive Sales / Operations team based at our head office in Melbourne.
This role has the option of either being part time or full time and has some flexibility options available that are unique to the function.
Duties and responsibilities for the role will include:
* Liaise with all relevant internal stakeholders to prepare and organize tender documentation for new business bids.
* Generate and follow up on sales quotes and leads.
* Manage sales statistics, records, and customer databases.
* Identify sales leads and escalate them to Business Development Managers.
* Maintain documented Sales processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending changes for review by management.
Key skills and experience required:
* Experienced from a similar Sales role in a dynamic services-based business.
* Proven experience with Sales administration and tender submissions.
* Able to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences both verbally and in written format.
* Ability to handle and interpret large volumes of data or information.
* Experience with Kynection and Power BI systems (highly desirable but not essential).
