The Opportunity
We’re hiring across both PE and SPE levels. You’ll play a key role in delivering the project successfully, from design coordination and subcontractor management to site execution and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist or lead project coordination and subcontractor management
- Resolve design issues and contribute technical input during design and construction
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
- Oversee cost management, quality assurance, and environmental controls
- Ensure compliance with ITPs, SWMS, and safety standards
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure project alignment
- Manage variations and site documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant building and tertiary qualifications
- Proven experience on large-scale construction projects
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in subcontractor coordination and design management
- Knowledge of cost, quality, and environmental controls
- Commitment to health and safety standards
- Open to relocation or travel to Shellharbour
