* Enhance understanding of mental health, recovery principles and effective communication to improve resilience, wellbeing and self-care.
* Develop sustainable support networks through social connection.
* Navigate services, supports and referral pathways for a seamless experience.
* Maintain healthy family relationships and foster collaboration.
Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in a social science or related discipline is required.
* Previous experience working within the mental health industry or a community-based organisation is advantageous.
* Effective communication skills are essential, including the ability to complete reports.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
* A current valid driver's license and ability to undertake travel for the role are prerequisites.
* A current Working with Children Check and Right to Work within Australia are also required.
* A satisfactory National Police Records Check is necessary.
