Epping Grand Care Community is due to open November 2025 Situated in Sydney's Northwest in a lively high-rise precinct within a thriving neighbourhood and public transport just a step away. The latest addition to the Opal family will feature beautiful modern facilities, state of the art technology and equipment and an in-house café and a hair salon

Please note that the successful applicant will be required to commence in early October prior to opening.

Role requirements and responsibilities:

* Based @ Epping Grand Care Community
* Full Time, Monday - Friday
* Experience in Hotel / Duty or Property Management is welcome
* Management of customer enquiries, conduction of site tours
* Management of sales pipeline to improve conversion rates
* Implementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional services
* Monitoring service standards and customer feedback
* Reception and other administration duties where required
