About the Role
The University of Wollongong (UOW) is seeking a motivated, people‐centred Organisational Development specialist to help shape an inclusive, values‐led and high‐performance culture.
This role supports the design, coordination and embedding of culture and engagement initiatives across UOW. You'll play a key role in implementing our Values in Action framework and coordinating UOW's employee listening program.
What you'll Bring
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in coordinating organisational development or employee engagement programs.
* Experience supporting employee or cultural initiatives across large or complex organisations
* Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong data and reporting literacy, with ability to turn insights into action
* Demonstrated ability to work across a broad stakeholder base
What you'll be doing
* Coordinate the implementation of UOW's Values in Action Framework and related cultural change initiatives.
* Coordinate UOW's employee listening program (engagement survey, pulse checks).
* Provide coordination and support for other culture and OD initiatives.
* Contribute to the development of toolkits, communications, and facilitation support for leaders and teams engaging in cultural or engagement initiatives.
* Monitor and report on participation, impact and feedback from engagement and culture initiatives.
