Do you pride yourself on being a reliable, driven and self‐motivated individual? Then we want YOU to join our Customer Service team based in our Concrete Contact Centre at Boral Norwood on a Permanent Full-Time basis!
We are seeking a Customer Solution Agent to provide support for our customers in relation to orders and general inquiries. The role requires availability Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, with overtime opportunities during the week and Saturdays 6–12 pm.
Your day will involve:
* Receiving orders and entering them into our systems in a precise and agile manner (with training provided).
* Understand production capabilities of the Boral plant and truck network.
* Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery information to the customer, using vehicle tracking systems.
* Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.

* Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders.

* Computer literacy.
