What your day looks like:

* Meet with customers to ascertain the best course of action specifically tailored to their needs
* Deliver a holistic approach, considering your customer's mental, physical and social aspects of wellbeing
* Empower people to attain their personal goals with practical support and emotional encouragement
* Promote independence by providing daily living skills, self-care and behaviour supports (clinic, home, school, or via telehealth)
* Work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team

What you'll bring
Successful candidates will have (or be willing to complete):
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
* Current registration with AHPRA
* A current Driver's Licence
* Working with Children Check
* Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
* A valid HLTAID011 First Aid Certificate (with at least six months' validity remaining)
We're also looking for people who
Bring enthusiasm and a desire to offer fresh ideas and valuable collaboration, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Have relevant experience as an OT, working within the NDIS framework and clinical supervision experience.
Show genuine passion in caring for people with disability.
