As a graduate, you'll focus on building on your existing technical skills in Concept and Planting Plans to progress to design iteration, documentation, compliance, and project coordination. While your initial role emphasizes cementing technical excellence and meeting studio expectations, you'll have a clear pathway to contribute creatively as you master our studios procedures.
Recent projects include green wall installations for the City of Sydney, bespoke maintenance manuals for high-end residential clients, school and childcare projects, NDIS projects, and construction support services. The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated, experienced graduate Landscape Architect or Designer with strong technical skills who is eager to take charge of their career and work closely with our senior Landscape Architect, leveraging their expertise while making meaningful contributions to diverse projects. About You
You have:
* A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
* At least 2 years of local industry experience in landscape design.
* Strong skills in 2D/3D drafting and producing concept and town planning drawings.
* Intermediate proficiency in Vectorworks (preferred) and other relevant software like Twinmotion.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to people/stakeholders, coupled with attention to detail.
* Permanent Australian Residency and a current driver's license.
You're proactive, confident in client-facing roles, and committed to high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.

Your Role
This is an office-based position, giving you the best opportunity to learn and collaborate with experienced landscape architects. You'll also enjoy regular site visits across metropolitan Melbourne to see projects in action and gain practical experience. As your career progresses, you'll take on more client-facing responsibilities and site visits. Occasional interstate travel may be available for exciting projects, offering exposure to diverse landscapes and design opportunities.
