Seeking a Truss Plant Supervisor to oversee the night shift within a well-established timber manufacturing environment. This is a full-time permanent position focusing on efficient roof truss production in a stable industrial setting.
About the role
* Requires experience supervising production teams in manufacturing environment
* Salary range: competitive annual package around $90,000 to $115,000.
* Location: Northern Queensland metropolitan area.
Key responsibilities
* Lead a night shift production team of about 20 employees.
* 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
* Manage and coordinate manufacturing workflows to meet daily targets efficiently.
* Maintain high standards of product quality and workplace safety.
* Accurately interpret manufacturing documentation to guide production.
* Troubleshoot operational challenges to reduce downtime.
* Work collaboratively with management and other departments to enhance overall service delivery.
