**The Job..**

Reporting directly to the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Working in the Flow Operations team your role will be varied and encompass customer engagement, operations and creating bespoke client reporting.
- Prepare reports across areas such as revenue allocation, invoice distribution and collections.
- Streamline reports using Excel
- Design more effective, efficient and user friendly reports
- Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to solve queries.
- Work across Operations and Finance to reduce manual processes and increase efficiencies.

To be successful with this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:
- Ideally you will have 12 months + experience in a Client Service role and ready for your next challenge encompassing client reporting
- Tertiary studies in accounting, economics, data analytics or business administration are advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- A strong work ethic with an enthusiasm to learn and continually develop.
- Tech savvy with a genuine interest in using the latest tech to provide an enhanced client experience.
