Your new role
Working under an Senior Site Manager, the Structural Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality structural aspects of the build. This involves, but is not limited to:
* Being able to manage and follow programs and deadlines
* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
* Collaborating with structural subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
* Providing leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
* Monitoring project progress and reporting to the Site Manager on a regular basis
* Organising, managing, and coordinating trades on-site
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience as a Structural Supervisor/ Foreman on projects over $50 million. You will have:
* Previous experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 companies
* Able to start in May/June
* Experience with health clients.
* Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills
* The ability to work independently and follow relevant programs/systems
* Ability to effectively lead a team and solve problems under pressure.
